Claudia Bonfe is an Emmy nominated and ADG award winning Set Decorator for her work on Marvel’s mid-century sci-fi streaming series “Loki”, Designed by Kasra Farahani.  Claudia recently received another ADG nomination for Decorating Jason Reitman’s feature film “Saturday Night”.  She collaborated closely with Production Designer Jess Goncher, to recreate SNL’s 1975 Studio 8h stage sets.  Some of her other recent Decorating projects include Marvel’s “She Hulk” and Zack Snyder’s sci-fi Netflix double feature “Rebel Moon”. 

Claudia has a CIDA accredited degree in Interior Design and continued her education in Film Studies, with an emphasis on Screenwriting.  In 1999, she started as an Intern working within the Set Dressing department on a movie shooting near her home town of St. Paul, Minnesota. It didn’t take long for Claudia to realize that being part of the filmmaking process was where she belonged.  Since acquiring a degree in Interior Design, Claudia has worked within both the Set Dressing and Art Departments on multiple film and television projects.  Claudia was the Assistant Set Decorator and Lead Buyer on productions such as “Avengers: Infinity War”, “Avengers: End Game”, “Ant Man” and “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”.

When Claudia is not working on a film project, she turns her attention to another passion which is home remodeling.  Claudia’s renovation work was published in dwell.com in 2020 when she remodeled a Spanish Bungalow in Los Angeles, CA.  Claudia gravitates to selecting homes that qualify as being on the Historical register.
